The interview process for the position is a video recorded interview whereby you will receive an email with a link (please ensure you check junk/spam folders) from Modern Hire.

The Modern Hire interview will consist of:

10 questions exploring your understanding and experience across multiple customer based scenarios.
You are required to record your response and give us a detailed example in relevance to each question.
You will have 48 hours to complete the Interview before the link expires - please complete on time and reach out to me if you experience any issues.
Upon receipt of your interview answers you will be assessed and confirmed whether you have been successful within 48 hours of submission.

In addition please see below guidance on how to best approach the interview:

It is easier to complete the interview on a laptop or PC but if you need to do it on a smartphone, be aware the full page doesn't show on your screen and you may struggle to view everything which could hinder your interview.
This is an interview and as such you should be in a suitable location and approach as though this were a face to face with the client.
The questions are competency based and nearly all the questions ask for you to give a specific example where you demonstrated a specific behaviour
You will need a minimum of 30-45 mins to answer all the questions but you can start the interview and come back to it later (our recommendation is to complete in one session)
You can read the questions first, think about your answer and then 2 minutes to record your answer. If you don't like the answer, you have a further 2 opportunities to record it again.(don't be too critical of yourself!)

Be sure to give very specific examples when asked; you should follow the STAR technique to ensure you have given a full answer

S - Situation (explain the scenario)
T - Task (what was the specific task involved)
A - Action (what action did you take? always say “I did” and not “we did” this is all about you)
R - Result (what was the outcome after you took action, make sure to give the full picture)
